Our home-style sides are a collection of traditional favorites prepared in an original style. From Chipotle Mashed Potatoes with Cranberries to Creamed Spinach with Mushrooms, our team of culinary professionals has put a delicious new spin on some old favorites.
Blount’s collection of sides includes three versions of the ultimate comfort food, Mac & Cheese. Blount has its Signature Mac & Cheese, elbow macaroni in a three-cheese blend with select spices. With that, the culinary team at Blount decided to take Mac & Cheese to the next level by creating, Mac & Cheese with Smoked Bacon. Cavatappi pasta and savory smoked bacon folded into a creamy blend of white Cheddar and Colby. The last member of this cheesy trio is the Buffalo Style Chicken Mac & Cheese. Our signature Mac & Cheese is blended with cayenne pepper and tender, grilled chicken. Any one of these delicious Mac’s would be a star on any menu.
Many of our side items meet the qualifications for certain benefits that appeal to customers including, gluten free, vegetarian, good source of fiber and low fat.
