El Dorado Hills – Nugget Markets in El Dorado Hills presents a series of unique specialty cheese tasting classes created by Nugget cheese specialists and designed to educate guests about the wine and cheese pairings.
These fun, interesting courses are small in size and promise to be a one-of-a-kind educational experience, with lots of instructor interaction. With topics ranging from seasonal and regional cheeses to instructor favorites, Nugget Markets Specialty Cheese Classes will appeal to cheese connoisseurs as well as novices looking to experience the exciting world of cheese.
“My staff and I thoroughly enjoyed designing these classes,” said Kaelynn Medbery, executive cheese buyer for Nugget Markets. “We can’t wait to share our knowledge and our love of cheese with our guests.”
Class scheduling includes “Spanish Cheeses & Wines” on Saturday, May 12, “Cheese 101” on Saturday, June 9, and “French Cheeses & Wines” on Saturday, June 30. Classes run 2pm – 3:30pm at $30 per person plus tax. Guests must be at least 21 years of age.
