Tuttofood Visitors 2011 Focus On Large-Scale Retail Trade & New Foreign Markets

Everything is just about ready for the third Tuttofood, Milano World Food Exhibition, the international B2B food show that will bring the world’s large-scale retail trade decision makers to Milan. Following its success in 2009 with 30,000 visitors and large numbers of large-scale retail trade operators, wholesalers and importers of goods made in Italy, Tuttofood has already scheduled numerous workshops for the next fair, with a view to encouraging every possible business and partnership opportunity.

On the foreign front, buyers from USA, Canada and Japan as well as South Africa and Australia have already confirmed their participation in Milan. There will also be good attendance by buyers from Europe, including Germany (Italy’s top business partner), France, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Russia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Scandinavia. South America will be well-represented too, in other words Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela and Cuba. Finally, confirmations are being received from Turkey and the Arab Emirates, plus Thailand and China, potential new outlets for Italian agro-food production.

Tuttofood is also shortening distances on the national territory: special incoming deals have been put in place for wholesalers from Southern Italy.
