The GLOBALG.A.P. Office was appointed by Floriculture Sustainability Initiative (FSI) to conduct their technical benchmarking assessments. As a reference and benchmarking standard for G.A.P. in the floral and plant sector for more than 10 years, GLOBALG.A.P. will use its expertise to support the industry in their effort to harmonize sustainability globally. This cooperation will reduce duplication in benchmarking activities and increase transparency and integrity in the industry.
The FSI aims at creating mainstream sustainability in the floriculture sector by creating an international, sector-supported vision on sustainability and by aligning global and local interests in the sector in a precompetitive way.
