KCBS Giveaway Offers Fans Ultimate BBQ Prize Pack

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Grilling season may be coming to an end, but one lucky grill master will have a reason to continue barbequing all year long thanks to the Kansas City Barbeque Society and the KCBS Great American BBQ Dream Kit that will inspire grill masters with great new recipes and the ultimate barbequing prize package.

Budding grill masters can enter to win by voting for their favorite recipe at www.KCBSGiveaway.com. Their vote enters them in the contest to win the KCBS Great American BBQ Dream Kit, which includes two tickets to the KCBS 25th Anniversary Banquet.

“Everyone knows the best Pitmasters go all-out, so we wanted to provide a full-throttle barbeque experience for one lucky fan,” said Carolyn Wells, executive director of KCBS, a nonprofit organization that sanctions over 300 contests throughout America. “The Great American BBQ Dream Kit is an exciting opportunity for barbeque fans to get everything they need, plus a few very special extras, from the Great American BBQ Tour.”

The winner of the giveaway, the second offered by KCBS, will receive the Great American BBQ Dream Kit, which includes an assortment of barbequing necessities. The gift pack comes with a year’s supply of the best barbeque supplies around; including Kingsford Charcoal, KC Masterpiece barbeque sauce, Weber Seasonings, Scott Shop Towels and Master of Mixes cocktail mixes.

The winner will also receive a Good One cooker/smoker, the tour’s official grilling accessories from GrillGrates and a $500 Sam’s Club gift card.

In addition to the prize pack, the winner and a friend will also be invited to the KCBS 25th Anniversary Membership Banquet in Kansas City where they can rub elbows with some of the sport’s most legendary Pitmasters.

To enter, visit www.KCBSGiveaway.com and select your favorite Great American BBQ Tour recipe. Among the recipes to chose from are Weber Seasoning’s Kick’n Chicken, KC Masterpiece BBQ Pizza and Weber’s Gourmet Burger.
