Crystal Valley Foods is opening Crystal Valley West, Inc., in Los Angeles, CA.effective October 15, 2012.
Crystal Valley West, Inc. represents a majorexpansion for Crystal Valley Foods to the West Coast to enable us to better serveexisting customers that we currently service from our Miami facility, and it will also enable us to expand our customer base and add a new facet to our sales…direct market sales. The new facility is located at;
1601 E. Olympic Blvd.

The new facility is on the Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market, and consists of 14,000 SF (2 ½ refrigerated bays) in Building 500.
Crystal Valley West, Inc. will be initiating sales of 3 primary product lines on the market:
1) Imported specialty vegetables, the current main line of Crystal Valley, Florida. This consists of Peruvian fresh asparagus, complemented by Mexican and domestic product, in season.
Also included are Guatemalan snow peas, sugar snap peas, and French beans, baby vegetables and heirloom tomatoes.
2). Tropical Root products (yucca, malanga, calabaza, ame)
3). Tropical Fruit Products including mangoes, papaya, limes, blackberries.
