Sandpoint, Idaho – June 21, 2010 – Litehouse, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Green Garden Foods, a leading Seattle, Washington based provider of dressings, sauces, and dips to the United States and Canadian Retail Grocery, Food Service and Restaurant Industries. With the addition of Green Garden, Litehouse will be able to facilitate expanded growth and innovation through new production capabilities and product knowledge. Litehouse will make use of the expanded production capabilities through consolidation into its Sandpoint, Idaho and Lowell, Michigan facilities.
Litehouse and Green Garden will work together to provide quality dressings, outstanding customer service, continued strong product development and custom formulas throughout the United States and Canada.
