Mariano’s Mulls Expansion Beyond Chicago

"Other markets are on the horizon, yes," Mariano said in a speech at the City Club of Chicago. “Where, we haven’t said."

The upscale supermarket chain, a unit of Milwaukee-based Roundy’s Supermarket Inc., will open stores in Oak Lawn, West Chester, Glenview, Shorewood and Gurnee by the end of 2014, Mariano said. Five more locations are set to open next year.
