Price Rite Marketplace and Instacart, the leading online grocery platform in North America, today announced that all Price Rite stores are now accepting Electronic Benefits Transfer Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (EBT SNAP) as online payment for groceries through Instacart. EBT SNAP will be accepted for Price Rite Marketplace orders placed via Instacart and Price Rite’s own online storefront, powered by Instacart.

Buche Foods supermarkets will become the first independent grocery stores in South Dakota to accept Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) payments for online grocery purchases starting Sept. 13.

A partnership between the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Lowe’s Supermarkets, and the South Plains Hunger Solutions is expanding its reach into the Lubbock community. The Add Milk! pilot project, created in the 2018 USDA Farm Bill, is designed to research whether incentive programs for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) will increase the consumption of healthy fluid milk among SNAP recipients. Add Milk! gives participants a dollar-for-dollar match to purchase additional milk to promote a healthy, well-rounded diet. 

Stop & Shop Now Accepting EBT Card Payments for SNAP Customers Shopping Online for Pickup and Delivery Across the Northeast

Stop & Shop today announced that those using SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits now have the option to pay with an EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) card when placing online orders for Stop & Shop Pickup and Delivery. This applies for all families and individuals paying with SNAP funds across Stop & Shop’s five state footprint – Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey, as well as those receiving delivery in New Hampshire.
