South Dakota Senate Passes Raw Milk Bill To Make Regulating Easier

The state Senate has passed a bill that would put raw milk in its own category under state law, which would allow it to be more easily regulated by the state. The bill puts raw milk in the same regulatory category as Grade A milk and manufacturing-grade milk.
