Braum's Offering New "Artisan Style" Breads

Braum’s is now offering a new line of “Artisan Style” Breads including 24 ounce loaves of Whole Wheat Honey, Honey Oat Nut, Flax Seed, 100% Whole Wheat, and Multi Grain.

In addition to their new line of “Artisan Style” Breads, Braum’s is also adding “Rustic Country Wheat Sandwich Bread” to their regular bread line. This new bread is a “Pullman” loaf – a square bread whose name comes from its use in the compact kitchens of the Pullman railway cars of years past.

“We’ve been developing these breads for several months,” said Drew Braum, President and C.E.O. “That’s the nice thing about owning and operating your own bakery. We’re able to create our own recipes and experiment with all sorts of grains and ingredients.”

Braum’s bakes bread every day, seven days a week, at their bakery located on the Braum Family Farm in Tuttle, Oklahoma. Typically, what is baked today will be delivered to Braum’s stores tomorrow and that’s something Drew Braum and his family takes pride in.
