Toufayan Brings Their Fab Four to IDDBA

Toufayan Bakeries, one of the largest family owned commercial bakeries in America, is introducing four new products at IDDBA – Brioche Buns, Madeleines, Pita Chips and Everything Wraps.

“Each year we continue to innovate and release new products, and we’re excited to launch four new items at this year’s IDDBA show,” said Karen Toufayan, director of marketing and sales at Toufayan Bakeries. “We’re using old world recipes and the best ingredients to create trending, delicious products that consumers crave.”

Brioche Buns

We are proud to introduce Toufayan Brioche Buns, in both Original and Sesame varieties. Their slightly sweet taste and fluffy texture make them a wonderful complement to your favorite burgers and meats. True to the Toufayan tradition, we hearth bake each bread to a perfect golden brown using only top quality, wholesome ingredients that are naturally cholesterol and trans-fat free.

Madeleines

Introducing Madeleines, the perfect complement to your morning beverage or a treat any time of day. Toufayan adds just the right amount of lemon to give these teacakes a bright flavor, then bakes them to a perfect golden brown. Soft and light, these traditional sponge cakes have the shell shape Madeleines are known for.

Pita Chips

Who better to introduce new Pita Chips than a company baking pita for more than 90 years? Toufayan’s new Pita Chips have the perfect thickness and crunch, making them a great match for dipping and snacking. Toufayan Pita Chips come in three delicious flavors including Sea Salt, Garlic Parmesan, and Caramelized Onion. Yum.

Everything Wraps

Toufayan offers a baker’s dozen of wrap options with their new introduction – Everything Wraps. Garlic, onion, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and just the right amount of salt bring the recipe to life for these soft, foldable wraps. The wraps are naturally cholesterol free and trans-fat free, convenient and versatile.

Toufayan Bakeries will be at IDDBA all weekend at booth #1362 with samples of their new varieties. They’ll also be at the Fancy Food Show, Booth #5447.
