All-America Selections Summer Summit Aug. 9-11 2011

Join us in beautiful Monterey Bay for 2 ½ days of networking while learning more about All-America Selections and what’s in it for you! Come learn about the rigorous process that each bedding, flower and vegetable entry goes through in the trial gardens. Hear judges discuss the merits of each entry and why those merits are important to the entire horticulture chain of distribution from grower to home gardener. Listen to first-hand accounts from growers, retailers and garden writers about the better greenhouse and garden performance of AAS winners, the increased sales and the happier home gardeners.

It’s an exciting time for AAS – we’re pulling back the curtain and sharing with the industry a behind-the-scenes look. Our agenda reflects this excitement and change. It’s packed full of learning opportunities, trial visits, local stops of horticulture interest, networking, fun and food.

P.S. For the first time ever, we’re opening the event to the growers, brokers, distributors, garden centers, trade media, garden writers, bloggers, etc. Now everyone can learn first-hand exactly what the extensive AAS trialing and judging process is all about and why it matters.
