As indicated by the name, the award recognizes Dot's top-performing manufacturer partners in the areas of quality and service. Dot's annual Quality & Service Award program began in 1998 as an avenue to recognize manufacturer partners who provide best-in-class communication, service, and support to Dot. Manufacturers are evaluated each month on criteria which includes inbound service levels, EDI implementation and loading efficiency.

Dot's business development mangers will present the Quality & Service Awards to winners at their respective corporate facilities in the coming weeks.
