Foster Farms Donates More Than Two Million Servings Of Poultry To Covid-19 Hunger Relief Efforts

Foster Farms is partnering with food banks to help provide more than two million meals to families impacted by the economic consequences of COVID-19. In the coming days, the family-owned company will actively contribute to hunger relief efforts delivering much needed protein to food banks and community organizations on the West Coast, and in Louisiana and Alabama.

Coronavirus hit California’s Cut-Flower Industry at the Worst Time

Since mid-March, sales have fallen an average of 85% on California’s 225 flower and foliage farms, while the labor force has dropped by a similar proportion, according to the California Cut Flower Commission, a state agency that promotes the industry.
