GAPP Still Seeking Stand-Out Product Innovation and Promotion Concepts for Funding

The Association of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers (GAPP) is still actively seeking cutting-edge proposals for its next round of Partnership Program funding. GAPP has expanded the Program this year to focus on global opportunities for Wild Alaska Pollock with specific emphasis on project ideas in “growth areas” for the fish as identified through GAPP’s proprietary research including its recently released “Wild Alaska Pollock 2040” Report.  

Nordstrom Dishes up Wild Alaska Pollock for Earth Month

 The Association of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers (GAPP) is proud to announce a partnership with Nordstrom Restaurants and family-owned Trident Seafoods for Earth Month. This month, you can find two delicious and nutritious Wild Alaska Pollock dishes on the Climatarian Menu at Nordstrom Restaurants and Specialty Coffee Bars. Restaurants will feature Blackened Wild Alaska Pollock with Cajun Risotto and the Specialty Coffee Bars will feature a grab-n-go Blackened Wild Alaska Pollock Taco Salad available at Nordstrom through May 2nd.

Famed Celebrity Chef Nancy Fuller to Keynote Third GAPP Annual Meeting

Food Network-famed Chef Nancy Fuller will deliver the Surimi-themed keynote address at its third annual meeting, the Association of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers (GAPP) announced today. Fuller, the well-known host of her show Farmhouse Rules and renowned judge on Food Network’s Holiday and Spring Baking Championships, partnered last year with GAPP and Trident to introduce surimi seafood game-day recipes to consumers during the popular Super Bowl season.

GAPP Seeks Collaborators for Partnership Program Funds in North America & Europe

The Association of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers (GAPP) is seeking innovative proposals for its next round of Partnership Program funding in North American and Europe. All proposals are due to GAPP by July 20th and will then be reviewed by the appropriate GAPP Committee and the Board of Directors. Final funding announcements will be made no later than early September.
