To further promote fresh flowers, encourage your employees to take complimentary arrangements to every function where a host or hostess gift would be appropriate.

It's not an expensive idea; bouquets cost 50 cents to $1 each. Employees select the size and cost according to the occasion.

Employees won't abuse the privilege, in fact according to other florists who have tried the method before; you'll probably have to remind employees to take their gifts.
