Vermont’s Food & Beverage Producers Connect with Buyers through Virtual Tastings

Vermont’s food producers and retailers are, once again, partnering to bring delicious value-added foods to stores near you. As a result of COVID-19, many in-person events cancelled through 2021, the Vermont Specialty Food Association (VSFA) and the Vermont Retail and Grocers Association (VRGA) continue their virtual tastings series to promote Vermont brands to Vermont stores and wholesalers.

Four VSFA Members received awards: Blake Hill Preserves, Mad River Distillers, Mount Mansfield Maple Product, and Spring Brook Farm Cheese. Winners were announced during a virtual award ceremony on Friday, January 22nd.

Vermont Specialty Food & Beverage Producers Named Finalists at National 2021 Good Food Awards

Twenty-two Vermont specialty food and beverage producers have been named finalists in the national 2021 Good Food Awards. The Good Food Awards are presented by the Good Food Foundation as a way of “shining a spotlight on the taste-making crafters at the vanguard of deliciousness and social and environmental excellence, the Awards catalyzes a shift in spending towards truly good food, and the rest of the industry follows.”
